Marin County Driving School
In the state of California, teenagers must take a driver’s education course before they can get their license. How many kids do you know that wait until they’re 18 to get their license? Exactly! So, you might be looking for a Marin County driving school to get your young driver safely on the road. However, you might be an adult looking to sharpen their driving skills or save a little bit of money. Whatever the reason that you need to take a driving course, you should choose a company that speaks to you. Bill’s Defensive Driving School was established to shed a new light on driver’s education. So many companies want to teach boring materials, but we discarded that idea. Why teach a class that nobody likes, and nobody is going to remember? When you get out on the road, we want you to use our skills to help improve your driving. If you aren’t engaged in the learning process, you’re never going to be able to apply these skills to your life. So, what’s the point of taking a class at all. Make sure you choose a company that cares about you just as much as they care about pushing you through the curriculum.
Do you offer a variety of classes?
We choose to service drivers of all levels, which means that one class isn’t going to cut it. One of our best programs teaches kids and parents at the same time We have a strict policy of only having one student in the car at a time, but we do allow parents to ride along for a lesson. Since we only have teenagers for a few hours, we like to teach parents ways to educate defensive driving skills. Plus, many parents didn’t have to take defensive driving, so they learn things that they never knew before. Another class that our students enjoy is our program for anxious drivers. Whether you have suffered from anxiety behind the wheel because of a car accident, or you just get nervous naturally, it can feel terrifying in car. Once your palms start sweating your car can feel like a cage. Our instructors will teach you how to work through your anxiety, so that you are in charge behind the wheel. Driving from a place of fear can cause you to have accidents, and it blocks your ability to just focus on driving.
Choose a safer company!
There are many companies that choose to use equipment that is out of date. At Bill’s, our cars are all dually operational, which means that instructors can completely drive the car. So, if there is an issue on the road, the instructor just takes over the wheel, and gas, and can direct the car where it needs to go. You wouldn’t choose to drive in a car you didn’t trust on your own, so why would you drive in a subpar car from a driving school.
